Today I did more digital printing, I’m excited about it =]
I went on some walks around Huddersfield to take photos of my objects in various different places.
Experimenting with putting things in wine crates for a window display of isolated scenes of Huddersfield.
I then went back to A1 to rejig their window and was much happier with the result!
After chatting to Elisa and Helena I soon got started on some Crafty Praxis merchandise! This comprises my drawing of Byram Arcade, Elisa’s font she created for the shop and soon Helena’s logo for the shop, all hand silk screened and unique in their own way! These are the initial bags and I’m also working on staff tshirts, cushion covers, tea towels, dishcloths and mugs.
I then approached A1 stationers in Huddersfield to see if I could borrow their window to dress. I was expecting them to just let me borrow it for a day, photo things and go, but they said that it’s mine to do whatever I like with for as long as I like!
